Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- In the original packaging with tags/labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personal care, hygiene, or food-related products
Return Process
- Contact our support team at info@papa-blue.com to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
- Ship the product back within 7 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
- If you paid for express shipping, only the product cost will be refunded.
Exchanges
- We currently do not support direct exchanges.
- If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Defective or Wrong Items
- If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately at info@papa-blue.com.
- We will cover all costs related to returns and replacements in this case.
