Return Policy

Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
    • In the original packaging with tags/labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personal care, hygiene, or food-related products

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@papa-blue.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the product back within 7 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
  • If you paid for express shipping, only the product cost will be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not support direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately at info@papa-blue.com.
  • We will cover all costs related to returns and replacements in this case.
