Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. In such cases, you will be notified by email.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: $5.00 – Delivered within 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 – Delivered within 1–3 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 (standard delivery only).
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or high demand.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship within your country/region only.
  • If you are outside of this region, please contact us before placing an order to check availability and costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging and items for inspection.
